This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds can be issued for purchases made through our website, www.nurtureco.uk.
Please read carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of instant-access digital products, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right to cancel once digital content has been delivered.
If you experience technical issues with your download (for example, a file not opening correctly or a broken link), please contact us at NurtureCoEarlyYears@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll ensure you receive a working copy.
3. Physical Products
If your item (such as Development Matters) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was sent in error or damaged in transit.
4. Workshops and Memberships
Nurture Co Network Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When cancelled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time once a billing period has started.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of payment for review.
Workshops and Events
If you are unable to attend a paid online workshop, you may request a credit or transfer to another session where available.
Refunds are not offered for non-attendance unless exceptional circumstances apply.
5. Refund Timeframes
Once approved, refunds are issued via your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, which may appear as “Wix.com” or “Nurture Co” on your bank records.
