1. Overview

Nurture Co provides digital downloads and physical resources to support childcare professionals and early years settings.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your purchases will be delivered.

2. Digital Products

Most Nurture Co resources — including templates, guides, and checklists — are digital downloads.
Once your payment has been processed successfully through Wix Payments, you’ll receive an email containing your download link.

• Digital products are normally available immediately after purchase.

• If you do not receive your file within 1 hour, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us at NurtureCoEarlyYears@gmail.com.

• Download links are for personal use only and should not be shared, copied, or resold.

3. Physical Products

Some resources, such as Development Matters and other printed materials, are shipped directly to you.

• We aim to dispatch all physical orders within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday).

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier service.

• You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an update.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (if applicable) and clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Digital downloads do not incur any shipping fees.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email NurtureCoEarlyYears@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if relevant).
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
