Nurture Co provides digital downloads, online workshops, and subscription-based access to the Nurture Co Network — a private community offering resources, support, and professional development opportunities for early years providers and childminders.

We also sell a small number of physical products such as Development Matters.

All resources and materials are designed for professional use within early years settings and are not affiliated with Ofsted or any government body.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.
Charges may appear on your bank statement as “Wix.com” or “Nurture Co”.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when making a purchase.

For subscription-based services (such as the Nurture Co Network), your payment authorises recurring monthly billing unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7 below.

4. Digital Downloads

All digital products are delivered electronically after payment is completed.
Once purchased, you may download and store the files for your own professional use only.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute our files in any form

• Reproduce our materials as your own or remove Nurture Co branding

• Upload our files to public or shared drives

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Nurture Corporation Ltd.

5. Workshops and Network Membership

Workshops and membership benefits (including hot seat calls and premium monthly downloads) are provided as part of the Nurture Co Network.
We aim to ensure high-quality and consistent access but reserve the right to adjust schedules, topics, or delivery platforms where necessary.

Access is for personal professional development only and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed without written consent.

6. Physical Products and Shipping

Physical items (such as Development Matters) are shipped within 48 hours of purchase where possible.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions

You may cancel your Nurture Co Network membership at any time.
Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of instant-access digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

Physical Products

If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email NurtureCoEarlyYears@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
