We’re Mahalah and Emma, two childcare professionals who work in very different ways but share one big belief: that small settings, nannies, and lone workers deserve big support.
We started Nurture Co after realising just how many brilliant practitioners felt isolated or unsure where to turn. Between us, we’ve seen how powerful it is when childcare professionals have a safe space to ask questions, share ideas, and learn from one another.
Nurture Co is our answer to that need: a warm, welcoming community built to make early years work feel lighter, clearer, and far less lonely. No judgement, no pressure. Just support, connection, and real people who get it.

Mahalah
Mahalah is a degree-qualified Early Years Educator and active childminder with experience as a room leader in busy nurseries. She blends EYFS theory with real-world practice and has a calm, grounded way of helping others feel capable and confident in their work.
Emma
Emma is an active childminder with a background in marketing and business, and a former detective with a talent for strategy and problem-solving. She brings practical support, confidence-building ideas, and clear direction to help your childcare business grow.
